💼 BEYOND THE BRIEFCASE 💼
As we step into spring, it’s a great time to reflect on what we’ve accomplished this year. Let’s look ahead to what’s blooming next. We’re excited to share this month’s updates, highlights, and wins with you.
🌷 Spring Has Sprung! A Playful Peek at Passover & Easter
Spring is officially here and along with blooming flowers, brighter mornings, and a sudden urge to clean everything, comes a season filled with meaningful celebrations.
This month, many observe Passover and Easter, two holidays rich in tradition, symbolism, and surprisingly fun facts. Let’s take a cheerful stroll through both!
🕊️ Passover: A Celebration with a Story (and Snacks!)
Passover, also known as Pesach, centers on themes of freedom, resilience, and fresh beginnings, very on brand for spring.
The holiday is celebrated with a Seder, a special meal that follows a set order (fun fact: Seder literally means “order”) and brings history to life through food and storytelling.
Matzah, the famous flat bread of Passover, represents simplicity and reminds us that life moves fast, with no time for bread to rise!
An extra cup of wine is poured for Elijah, symbolizing hope and the future.
And for kids (and competitive adults), there’s the hunt for the afikoman, turning tradition into a festive game.
🐣 Easter: Eggs, Bunnies, and New Beginnings
Easter is often associated with renewal, joy, and let’s be honest, a lot of candy.
Eggs have symbolized new life for centuries, long before chocolate eggs filled store shelves.
The Easter Bunny hopped into U.S. traditions via German folklore and never looked back.
Pastels, egg decorating, and festive meals make Easter one of spring’s most colorful celebrations.
Fun fact: Easter candy season is second only to Halloween—proof that spring has a serious sweet tooth.
🌸 Different Traditions, Shared Spring Spirit
While Passover and Easter have different origins and customs, they share common themes of renewal, reflection, hope, and fresh starts—a perfect match for the season we’re stepping into.
Whether you’re celebrating one, both, or simply enjoying longer days and sunnier moods, spring is a great reminder that fresh beginnings are always worth celebrating.
Wishing everyone a joyful season filled with positivity, connection, and maybe just a little extra chocolate. 🌼🐰🍫
Let’s start Spring with some good news and tell you about some of the new and returning faces at Century Law Firm.

♈ Horoscopes ♓
Aries (Mar 21 – Apr 19)

You’re fired up and ready to go, Aries—possibly before everyone else has finished their coffee. Your energy is contagious, but try not to bulldoze your way through the week. A pause before reacting could save you from an unnecessary “oops.” Channel that enthusiasm into something productive, and you’ll feel accomplished instead of exhausted.
Taurus (Apr 20 – May 20)

Comfort is calling your name, and honestly, you deserve it. This is a great time to focus on stability, routines, and things that make life feel a little easier. Just be careful not to dig your heels in too deep—flexibility might bring a pleasant surprise. Yes, even if it means changing your usual plan.
Gemini (May 21 – Jun 20)

You have a lot to say, Gemini, and people are actually listening. Conversations move quickly, ideas bounce around, and your calendar may suddenly look fuller than expected. Try not to overbook yourself just because everything sounds fun. It’s okay to leave one group chat unanswered.
Cancer (Jun 21 – Jul 22)

Your emotional radar is working overtime. You may find yourself picking up on vibes others completely miss—and that’s a gift, as long as you don’t take everything personally. Focus on what you can control and let the rest roll off. A little self‑care goes a long way right now.
Leo (Jul 23 – Aug 22)

All eyes seem to be on you, Leo—whether you asked for it or not. This is your moment to shine and lift others up along the way. Compliments come easily, but so does responsibility. Lead with generosity, and you’ll earn admiration without even trying.
Virgo (Aug 23 – Sep 22)

You’re in problem‑solving mode, and nothing escapes your notice. While your attention to detail is impressive, don’t let perfection slow your progress. Done is better than flawless this week. Give yourself permission to move on—you’ve already thought it through twelve times.
Libra (Sep 23 – Oct 22)

Balance is your goal, but the scales may wobble a bit before they settle. Decisions feel tricky when everyone has an opinion, including you. Trust your judgment and remember that not everything has to please everyone. Choosing peace over perfection will feel surprisingly freeing.
Scorpio (Oct 23 – Nov 21)

You’re laser‑focused and slightly mysterious right now, which honestly suits you. Use this intensity to make progress on something meaningful rather than spiraling into overthinking. Not every thought needs a deep dive. Sometimes the simplest answer really is the right one.
Sagittarius (Nov 22 – Dec 21)

Restlessness sets in, and suddenly everything feels like it needs a refresh. Whether it’s a new idea, a different approach, or just rearranging your space, change energizes you. Just be mindful not to abandon something halfway through because a newer, shinier idea appears.
Capricorn (Dec 22 – Jan 21)

You’re in “let’s get things done” mode, and it shows. Progress may feel slow, but it’s steady—and that’s your sweet spot. Don’t forget to acknowledge how much you’ve already accomplished. Taking a break won’t derail your plans, no matter what your inner voice says.
Aquarius (Jan 20 – Feb 18)

Your ideas are a little unconventional—and that’s exactly why they work. Speak up, even if you think your perspective is different from the rest of the room. Collaboration brings out your best insights. Just remember to explain your genius thinking so others can follow along.
Pisces (Feb 19 – Mar 20)

Your imagination is thriving, and your intuition is strong. This is a great time to trust your gut, especially when logic alone doesn’t cut it. Just be careful not to drift too far into daydream mode. Grounding yourself will help turn inspiration into action.

✨ EMPLOYEE SPOTLIGHT✨
Nathaly Alfaro
Nathaly consistently met or exceeded all departmental metrics each month throughout the year. She also contributed significantly to the team by assisting with mock call writing, supporting Kace in the AI Scorecard implementation, and achieving first place in the Refresher PPT quiz. Additionally, she supported overtime shifts and maintained a flexible schedule during March, April, June, July, August, and October. In May, Nathaly helped with mock calls and served as a training buddy. During June, she received MVP recognition at the town hall, took on the AI Lead responsibilities while Kylie was on PTO, and supported training efforts through buddying and mock calls. In July, she earned first place for Call of the Month and participated as a Spirit Week winner within our department. In August, Nathaly was named Employee of the Month, again served as a training buddy, and handled AI Lead duties during Kylie’s PTO. In September, she secured second place in the QA Contest. In October, she continued her AI Lead role, created a PowerPoint presentation for John, and won first place for Call of the Month once more. In November, she took on Long Script Outbound calls as well. Nathaly truly went above and beyond, often stepping outside her comfort zone in 2025.
